The ABUS disc brake lock GRANITTM Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 sets standards in terms of quality, protection and
convenience.
An intelligent pre-alarm indicates movements on the lock and is silenced again in the event of a false alarm. If the
lock continues to be attacked, an alarm sounds at a volume of at least 100 dB.
Thanks to 3D Position Detection, the GRANITTM Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 reliably recognises movements on the lock and
first triggers the intelligent pre-alarm, which stops after seven signal tones. Only after this and in the event of further
movements does the 100 dB full alarm sound for 15 seconds. In addition, the automatic brake disc detection system
knows exactly when the lock for securing the bike is on the disc or not. This means the GRANITTM Detecto XPlus 8077
2.0 can be conveniently transported closed without triggering the alarm function. LEDs in different colours provide
information about the activity and battery status at a glance.
The necessary material strength is provided by the special hardened steel from which the locking bolt, housing and
structural parts of the locking mechanism are made. The installed ABUS XPlus cylinder has been specially optimised for
protection against tampering, e.g. picking attacks.
